Antoher month arrives
First running session of the month and to be on teh safe side it was done on the treadmill. It was an up the clock session so 21 minutes, of 1 fast 1 slow, 2 fast 2 slow, 3 fast 3 slow and 4 and 4 to complete the set. It was hard work and I have a sore right knee today - it is as if they all take it in turns. i am now really scared to try running on the road again so may stay with this routine for 1 more week but try a 5k at my parents at the weekend, far from teh 12k my plan has me doing this week and I am now falling behind fast. Luckily, I have been keeping myself fit and now do 1 hour on the x-trainer every few days and some cycling too.

50 Days to go
Today marks the 50 day mark, and I am spending it in bed, maybe training would be a better idea!
